The objective of this paper is to characterize a didactic model learning stimulation the subject/learning unit Fundamentals Administration, which specified in development methodology that favors quality students who are trained as graduates Business Administration at State Technical University Quevedo (UTEQ) Ecuador. Theoretical, empirical and statistical research methods were used. made up following components: Projective conceptualization, Activation Regulation learning, relationships established logic teaching-learning process said content based on between dynamic static components, conception teaching tasks problem-oriented method professional simulation, from developmental relevance derives, resulting application practice methodology, concretion model, allowed corroborating its effectiveness terms raising referred subject.
